Pond View Full Home Remodel/Kitchens/baths/addition
Approximately 80% of this cottage-style home was remodeled, plus our team added over 1200 sq ft with a new 2-story primary suite addition. We absolutely loved being a part of this transformation. Take a look through the before and afters below. We’ll walk you through a few of the highlights.
Throughout the home, beautiful Novella Hardwood flooring in maple was installed. For the first floor, this hardwood was the best choice for the now open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space. It connected all three living spaces for a cohesive look and enhanced the charming, rustic aesthetic.
What you might notice in the before photos is a set of stairs that is no longer present in the after photos. This change allowed us to increase the liveable space on the first floor. A new stairwell with hardwood stairs, railings and balusters with stained treads was built for access to the second story.
The interior doors and most of the windows throughout the first and second story were replaced. For design purposes, a flat stock trim and wide baseboard were chosen to compliment the current style. Matte black hardware was another feature to make an appearance on the doors as well as in the kitchen.
The 2-story addition included a new primary suite with a finished bedroom, workout, and art room below. For extra love, the siding of the home received care with a fresh coat of paint and new PVC trim.
